An open vinyasa yoga practice. Take the time to check in with your breath and body in this 75min grounding practice. This is a weekly class that is hosted by a collection of dedicated and experienced Yoga Instructors.

Tues & Thurs 6:15 to 7:00am - Vinyasa
Wednesday 6:30 to 7:30pm - Yin Style
